OAK Pensions increases contact platforms

OAK Pensions has announced the introduction of new contact points to make the firm more accessible.

 The firm said in a statement that the initiative was part of its strategy in constantly exploring innovative ways to be conversant with its customers about their Retirement Savings Account, and pension industry news.

It said, “Oak Pensions have, therefore, deployed more communication channels through which our customers can reach us. These include a mobile app, dedicated call centre lines and via various social media platform.”

While considering the high use of mobile platforms for communications among customers, Oak Pensions said it launched a pension mobile app for android, blackberry and IOS devices users.

 The statement said, “The mobile app allows our customers monitor their RSA on the go. Customers also have opportunity to update their details, access their statements, and interact with our RSA calculator to determine how much they are likely to get at retirement. The mobile app can be downloaded on any of the mobile device app stores.”

 OAK Pensions said it could be reached through various social media channels on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for pension updates, to make enquiries, and see pictures of its most recent activities across the country.
