Ladan Bosso, a former Flying Eagles coach, has been appointed as FC Ifeanyi Ubah manager for the 2017/18 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
Iyke Nwokedi, media officer of the club, told TheCable that the management of FCIU has reached an agreement with Bosso to manage the Nnewi club in the new season.
“We (FC IfeanyiUbah Management) can confirm that we have reached an agreement for the services of former El Kanemi Warriors Coach Ladan Bosso,” Nwokedi said.
The former Wikki Tourist coach who takes over from Yaw Preko, a former Black Stars player. He will be unveiled on Monday in Nnewi, Anambra state.
Bosso was the head coach of El Kanemi Warriors in the 2016/17 NPFL season. He was replaced as El-Kanemi coach by Imama Amapakabo in October.
Before his appointment, he was in the running to coach Enyimba and Katsina United.
The new FC Ifeanyi Ubah manager led Nigeria’s U-20 side to the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2007.
